Timelines depend on scope. A single-site radio swap for 20 users runs 5-7 business days from equipment receipt. A county-wide P25 infrastructure build with tower sites, dispatch consoles, and subscriber programming runs 60-120 days. Every project starts with a 1-2 day field assessment.
Yes. We manage the full regulatory process: new license applications, renewals, modifications, and frequency coordination with adjacent licensees. Our team has handled over 400 FCC filings across commercial, public safety, and government bands.
Every maintenance contract includes 24/7 emergency dispatch. If a unit goes down during a shift, we ship a pre-programmed loaner within hours or dispatch a field tech same-day depending on your SLA tier. Our repair depot handles warranty and out-of-warranty service for Kenwood, Motorola, and Tait.
